Gavin in the snow!!!

Last weekend we took a trip up to Julian to play in the snow. There wasn't quite as much snow as we had hoped, but that was probably ok since Gavin didn't have any snow boots and had to play in his tennis shoes!

Beach photos!

As much time as I spend at the beach shooting other people, we never seem to go. So I dragged Pamela & Gavin down to the beach last week so Gavin could see his first sunset. This is only the second time he's been to the beach, so he's a little unaware of the "rules" - for example how strong the water is, and how cold it is this time of year.

So the first few photos are of him charging like gangbusters into the water, thinking that it would be just like swimming in the pool at home....which of course it is not.











After the crying and shivering subsided, I taught him a few things about how to stand, how strong the water is, how COLD the water is this time of year etc. Then we got a few more cute photos....





Finally it was time to snuggle up, WARM up and watch the sun go down:

Veterans Day Photos
